Dizziness can mean lightheadedness, imbalance, or a spinning sensation called vertigo. Inner-ear conditions, medication effects, circulation problems, and neurological conditions are among the possible causes. It is important to identify the cause before choosing care.
Tell a medical provider when symptoms occur, how long they last, and whether you have hearing changes, headache, or new medication. Persistent or unexplained dizziness deserves medical evaluation. Avoid driving or risky activities while dizzy.
If you also have neck discomfort, One Life can discuss a musculoskeletal evaluation after appropriate medical assessment. Dizziness should not be attributed to spinal alignment without evaluation. Chiropractic care is not a substitute for diagnosis or vestibular care.
