A little clarity before you begin.
Understand what to expect from your care. For questions specific to you, our office is happy to help.
What happens at my first visit?
Your journey begins with a consultation to discuss your concerns and goals. Dr. Jon evaluates your history and determines which examinations are appropriate before discussing a plan tailored to you.
Will I need to keep coming forever?
No. Recommendations are based on your condition and your provider’s evaluation. Periodic follow-up may be recommended, but your care plan and decisions are discussed with you.
How long before I see results?
Every patient is different. Your history, examination findings, goals, and response to care help determine your recommendations. There is no guaranteed timeline or one-size-fits-all number of visits.
Will I receive an adjustment at every visit?
Not necessarily. You are evaluated at each visit, and an adjustment is performed when the objective findings indicate that it is appropriate. You will also receive recommendations to support your care between visits.
Can I visit if I am not in pain?
Yes. You can discuss spinal health and wellness goals even if pain is not your main concern. An evaluation helps determine whether care is appropriate for you.
Can I come in during pregnancy?
Tell the practice about your pregnancy when arranging a consultation. Dr. Jon can discuss your needs, evaluate whether care is appropriate, and coordinate with your maternity-care provider when needed.
What should I know about fees and insurance?
Contact the office to confirm your benefits and the cost of your recommended services before starting care. Coverage can vary by plan and service, and out-of-pocket costs may apply.
