Tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow involve irritation of the tendons around the elbow, often linked to repetitive gripping or wrist movement. You do not need to play either sport to develop them — work tasks and hobbies are common contributors.
Tendon irritation usually builds over time. Neck and upper-back problems can sometimes refer pain toward the arm, so the source of elbow pain is worth confirming with an examination rather than assumed.
Dr. Jon can evaluate whether spinal or postural factors are contributing and discuss whether One Life’s approach fits. Tendon problems often also benefit from activity modification or rehabilitation, and he can recommend another provider when that is the better path.
